The Account holder is responsible for all subscription payments related to their account. Users can create accounts through our dashboard and enroll in courses. Subscription plans may be monthly or yearly, as outlined in our pricing page.
To sell courses on the NUERLO platform, course creators must first link a payment account (Stripe or PayPal) in their account settings and set a price for their course. Course creators are responsible for managing their course pricing and payment settings.
Users can enroll in courses through the dashboard. Courses may be published as free ($0) or paid. For paid courses, enrollment requires payment processing through our secure payment gateway.
NUERLO charges a commission for transactions on paid courses as per our pricing page. Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, or other gateway providers) additionally charge their own processing fees per transaction (typically around 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction - refer to the respective payment processor's terms and conditions for exact rates).
Where applicable, taxes (such as GST, VAT, or sales tax) must be included and indicated by the course creator within the set charge. Users are responsible for collecting and including any other taxes applicable in their given region. For official tax invoices, users must contact the course creator or NUERLO support.
Platform charges are in USD, but we may display conversions in other currencies. In some cases, clients may be charged in their local currency. Where USD is the default currency, conversion to other currencies will occur at the current conversion rate, as managed by Stripe, PayPal, or other gateway provider.
We accept payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods via our integrated payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and other supported gateways).
All platform fees and payment processor fees are deducted from each transaction upon release. Course creators receive their portion of the payment after all applicable fees have been deducted.
Users can subscribe to monthly or yearly plans to access courses and premium features. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by the user.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
The NUERLO platform is hosted on professional cloud infrastructure, including services from Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and other cloud providers. Hosting locations may vary based on service availability and performance optimization.
User account information, course enrollment data, progress tracking, and preferences are stored securely in our database systems. We also use local storage technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) to enhance user experience and maintain session data.
